Unknown (Tree with ball-like fruits on trunk)

I saw this tree in Flamingo Gardens, and their brochure says that "this is Wampee Tree (Clausena lansium)"

But every picture on the web with the name of "Wampee" doesn't match with this tree.

Also much much smaller than Cannonball Tree....(Fruit about a inch in diameter)

So in my blog, this is a tree unknown.  Very interesting and attractive tree though.
