White Geiger / Orange Geiger

White Geiger / Texas Wild Olive = Cordia boissieri
Family: Boraginaceae
Native to Mexico and Texas

This small tree is very rare, close to extinction.
The flowers are 3"-wide white trumpet-shaped,
and the fruits are olive-like white.

Orange Geiger Tree = Cordia sebestena
Family: Boraginaceae
Native to the northern coast of South America, 
Yucatan, the West Indies, and
the Florida Keys.

It's a small tree, grows up to 25" tall.
The flowers are light to dark orange,
1 1/2"(3.7 cm) in diameter.
The fruits are egg-shaped, 1 1/2" long,
changes from green to white.
